All of our products are made custom to order and require 100% upfront payment. 

Returns and Exchanges  

We will gladly accept cancellation of an order within 24 hours of purchase. 
Since our items are made custom or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We make every effort to make sure we are creating exactly what you order ahead of time and send mock-ups for review.       

Pick Up Delivery 

We do not offer delivery services of any kind. We are more than willing to meet in the St. Augustine, World Golf, St. Johns, Mandarin, or South Jacksonville areas.
Pick-ups from us would be in the World Golf area.
