Returns / Exchanges
We will gladly accept any cancellation of any order within 24 hours of purchase.

Due to our items being made completely custom or personalized we do not accept returns or exchanges.  We will make every effort to make sure we are creating exactly what you order ahead of time and pride ourselves on excellent customer service and communication. We will, also, provide mock-ups for review and approval.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
