Every piece will be laser cut out providing the most detailed precision, sanded smooth, and hand painted or stained giving each piece with its own distinctive look.  

Digital mock-ups will be sent to provide a visual and will require approval prior to production. We will touch base regarding finish / paint choices at this time, as well.  We will also reach out with any questions and to confirm the details of your order. Communication is key with custom orders, so please make sure to include good contact information.

Please keep in mind that every piece of wood is unique and might take stain and paint slightly different from one board to the next so your item that you receive might not look 100% exactly like one pictured above.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our products being 100% custom made to order we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. In return, we will communicate throughout the entire design process to make every effort possible that you receive exactly what you envision.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours.

Local Pick-ups are available and would be in the St. Augustine World Golf Village area.
